Barbara Camerman

Barbara Camerman currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Tessenderlo Group, where responsibilities include setting learning strategies, developing learning culture, managing compliance training, and facilitating community engagement. Barbara also works as a Trainer at Grow & Shine Academy, focusing on training delivery and personal competency development. Previously, Barbara held the position of Learning Quality Lead at UCB, ensuring compliance and readiness in the workforce, and was the Regional Head of Learning for Clinical Operations at GSK, responsible for training initiatives across a global operation group. Additional roles at GSK included Learning Business Partner and Senior Learning Specialist, where Barbara focused on developing curricula and project management for learning solutions. Earlier experiences include teaching Food & Nutrition at The British School of Brussels and various management roles in training and project management at UCB and GSK. Barbara holds a PhD in Chemistry from Université libre de Bruxelles and additional qualifications in education and management.
