Emily Cox is a seasoned professional in risk management and insurance, currently serving as the Group Insurance Manager at Tessenderlo Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Syensqo as the ESG Industrial Reporting Manager, supporting sustainability efforts within the ESG reporting framework. Emily also held the position of Group Risk Manager at Syensqo, where a strategic approach to Enterprise Risk Management was implemented. Previous experience includes leading Global Insurance and Prevention as well as Group Risk Manager at Solvay, where efforts focused on fostering a risk management culture during the company’s spinoff.
