Heidi van Den Rul

Heidi Van den Rul is an accomplished R&D manager at Tessenderlo Group, leading the Tessenderlo Innovation Center since December 2016. Previously, Heidi held various roles at Sirris, including Program Manager for Smart Coating Application Lab and Lab Manager, while also serving as a project leader in coatings and nanotechnology. Experience includes a senior researcher position at IMEC, focusing on nanomaterials synthesis, and a postdoc researcher role at Universiteit Hasselt. Heidi also contributed as a guest lecturer in colloidal chemistry at Universiteit Hasselt. Educational credentials include a PhD in chemistry and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Hasselt University, alongside a master's and bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Antwerp and Hasselt University, respectively.
