Amit Asthana

Amit Asthana has extensive experience in various roles within the telecommunications and technology industry. Amit currently works as the Enterprise Head of Marketing & Business Growth Strategy at Jio Tesseract, where they focus on enabling the XR Ecosystem in India's enterprise market through AR/VR/MR technologies.

Prior to their current role, Asthana served as the Business Head at Aphelion Software Private Limited, where they contributed to organizational strategies and revenue growth. Amit also worked as a Senior Manager at Jio, managing existing accounts and selling telecom products and services.

Before joining Jio, Asthana held the position of Head of Business Development at IFI Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd., where they engaged with customers to identify new business opportunities and led sales and operations of Microsoft Azure.

Additionally, Asthana worked as an Assistant General Manager at Global Cloud Xchange, handling key accounts and generating revenue from various regions. Amit also served as a Regional Manager at Insight Business Machines Pvt. Ltd., managing a sales team and developing sales plans.

Earlier in their career, Asthana held the role of Senior Manager of Sales at Reliance Communications, overseeing pre-sales and post-sales operations in Mumbai. Amit also worked as a Territory Manager at Sify Technologies Limited, handling datacenter and infrastructure business, franchisee networks, and channel management.

Amit Asthana completed an MBA(Executive) in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics from NMIMS Global in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2005-2007.
