Paolo Teano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paolo started their career as a Call Centre Analyst and 2nd Level Customer Service Representative at Acer, where they provided helpdesk support, handled customer complaints, and trained new hires. Paolo then joined CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, where they enhanced IT support for high-profile organizations and managed major incidents and outages. Paolo later joined Samsung Electronics as a Senior Enterprise Service Engineer, where they managed technical escalations and served as a subject matter expert for digital signage commercial display products. After that, they worked at Forum Group as a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects and supporting the company's initiatives. Paolo then joined Navitas as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects before transitioning to Telstra, where they continued their project management role. Paolo also worked as a Project Manager at Scouts NSW and is currently employed at Tesserent in the same position.
