Jeremiah Johnson

Jeremiah Johnson, MSW, has extensive experience in social work and therapy, currently serving as a Therapist and Rehabilitation Specialist at Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corp since June 2017. In previous roles, Jeremiah held positions as a Direct Support Professional at FACT - Family, Adult & Child Therapies and as a School Social Worker at North Lawndale College Prep High School, where responsibilities included counseling students and creating intervention plans. Additionally, Jeremiah completed a Medical Social Work Internship at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on patient evaluation and advocacy. Earlier in the career, Jeremiah worked as a Ramp Agent at Menzies Aviation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Arts in Social & Behavioral Science from Los Angeles Southwest College.
