Sheila Li Sarain

Sheila Li Sarain has a strong background in information technology, with extensive experience in various roles. Sheila started their career at Collateral Protection Insurance Agency, Inc in 2004 as an Information Systems Administrator. In 2008, they joined Ultimate Construction Inc as an IT Specialist for a brief period before moving on to Tessie Cleveland Community Services Corp. At Tessie Cleveland, Sheila held multiple roles over the years, including Senior Information Technology Analyst, Director of Information Technology, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer/IT Officer. Their expertise and diverse experience make their a valuable asset in the field of information technology.

Sheila Li Sarain obtained a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from UC Irvine in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Cyber Security Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2015-2016. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Technology with a Homeland Security Track from California State University-Dominguez Hills, which they completed from 2013-2015.
