Since November 2008, Shawn has held multiple roles at Tessiers Inc, including Operations Leader, Project Manager, and Foreman, showcasing versatility and leadership. Prior to that, Shawn worked at K&K Sheet Metal from August 1992 to August 2008 as a Foreman, contributing significant expertise in managing teams and projects.
