Beth Gilliland

Beth Gilliland is a seasoned Learning Engineer and Documentation and Product Specialist at Tessitura Network, with extensive experience in the nonprofit and performing arts sectors. Since May 2014, Beth has contributed to various projects, including custom report design and training development for end users at UMS, where responsibilities ranged from Tessitura system administration to gift processing and IT support. Prior experience includes roles in marketing and promotions management, graphic design, ticketing systems, and audience development for organizations such as Glassmen Drum & Bugle Corps and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Theatre, and Economics from DePauw University.
