Bruce Courtney

Bruce Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Bruce is currently the Managing Director at Tessy Automation since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at NuTec Tooling Systems for over 23 years, starting as the VP of Sales & Marketing in March 1996 and leaving in May 2019. At NuTec, Bruce played a key role in designing and building cost-effective automation systems to enhance competitiveness and market share. Before joining NuTec, they worked at Seco/Warwick as an Engineering Manager from October 1980 to January 1996. Bruce's career kick-off was at the Product Development Institute as a Lead Design Engineer from April 1978 to October 1980, where they worked on designing and installing windmills across the Midwest.

Bruce Courtney attended Grove City College from 1976 to 1978, where they studied Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Youngstown ITT College from 1978 to 1979, earning an Associate degree in Mechanical Design.
