Pam-Marie Guzzo has a wealth of work experience. Pam-Marie began their career in 2004 as a Resolution Specialist for Sutherland Global Services. In 2007, they moved to Stream Global Services as a Technical Support Agent. In 2008, they began working as an Archaeological Interpreter/Lab Worker at Western University, and in 2011 they worked as an Archives Helper at the same university. In 2012, they began working as a 2nd Cartoner at Pollard Banknote, and in 2014 they worked as an Interrobang Reporter and Database Manager at Fanshawe College. In 2016, they began working as an Intermediate Software Developer at Info-Tech Research Group, where they also worked as a Software Developer Co-op. In 2020, they began working as a Staff Software Developer at IBM, and in 2021 they began working as a Senior Software Consultant at Test Double. In their roles, they have worked with a client team to build out microservice APIs, primarily in JavaScript, advised on best practices around test driven development, code quality, agile software development, and agile project management, and participated in strategic initiative discussions. Pam-Marie has also extracted code into NPM packages or Node.js microservices based around business logic and increased cohesion, developed a software survey application using Ruby on Rails as a framework, and assisted in the development of an in-house ETL and query engine in a mix of technologies.

Pam-Marie Guzzo's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology from Western University from 2008 to 2012, and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst from Fanshawe College from 2014 to 2018.
