Katharina Kronsteiner

Katharina Kronsteiner has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Katharina started their career as the Head of Personnel Development at VA TECH HYDRO in 1998 and held this position until 2006. Katharina then joined Siemens Power Generation GesmbH as the Head of Human Resources from 2006 to 2009. After that, they owned their own business called "Personal & Strategie" from 2009 to 2013. In 2010, they became the Managing Partner at Metalogikon, a position they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the Managing Director at CulumNATURA. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at TEST-FUCHS GmbH since February 2019.

Katharina Kronsteiner holds a Master's degree from the University of Vienna. Katharina also pursued a degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, at UCLA.
