Hank Lee

After joining Test Rite, Hank Lee began climbing the corporate ladder, starting out as a junior manager and working his way up to store manager and then district manager. He is familiar with retail operations and is currently in charge of business expansion. His responsibilities include location scouting, floor planning, store development, storefront design, and construction management. With his finance background and years of retail experience, he has the natural instincts for implementing the best expansion strategies. He has helped open more than 100 locations, maximizing commercial interest for the Group.

In the face of a rapidly changing market, Lee resolutely formulated a community-based product and service strategy. Thanks to his experience in running massive stores, Lee is able to leverage the Group’s logistics team to ensure adequate inventory and stable supply while keeping costs under control, enhancing the logistics system, cultivating new talent, and guiding the team towards endless innovation.
