Lancy Wu is in charge of internal audits at Test Rite, and she has been at it for more than 25 years. As a Certified International Internal Auditor, Wu oversees the internal auditing process to ensure that the Group’s operations align with its development goals. She spares no effort in effectively monitoring organizational risks, promoting integrity and anti-corruption campaigns, and constructing a low-risk internal control environment and sound corporate governance mechanism.
Wu played an active part in the Group’s Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) certification as well as the introduction of an ISO 9001-compliant quality management system to the Greater China region. She is currently working on getting Test Rite certified for the Taiwan Personal Information Protection and Administration System to give customers peace of mind that their personal information is in safe hands.
