YC Hsieh

YC Hsieh guided his team in building Chung Cin Group from the ground up. He envisioned Chung Cin as a comprehensive solutions provider for construction electromechanics, design and renovations, professional construction materials, investment and operations, retail stores, and property maintenance and management, which successfully helped Test Rite expand its business roadmaps.

With more than 35 years of combined experience in construction electromechanics, retail operations, and property management, Hsieh has helped build numerous high-quality malls, plants, offices, schools and residential buildings for the Group as well as its domestic and foreign clients with great success. In recent years, Hsieh has taken on a number of public infrastructure projects, winning the coveted Public Construction Golden Quality Award. In terms of retail operations, he led Dècor Hoüse in putting the belief of “treat customers like family” into practice, a feat recognized by Global Views Monthly magazine’s Five-Star Service Awards (#1 department store/shopping mall brand). In terms of property management, he coalesced a team with interdisciplinary talent from Taiwan and abroad to bring enterprise-class professional services into customers’ homes while pioneering an integrated property service, achieving interdepartmental synergy at Chung Cin Group.
