James Moody

James Moody is an experienced professional in strategic management and innovation, currently serving as Head of Strategy and Innovation at Test Valley Borough Council since June 2008. In addition to this role, James also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Community First (Wiltshire & Swindon) and has previously chaired the trustees at Develop Enhancing Community Support. James's past experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for Democracy for Young People and working as a Partnership Officer at North Wiltshire District Council. With a strong educational background including an ILM 7 Leadership and Change postgraduate certificate from the University of the West of England and a BA Hons in Politics with Law from the University of Central England, James has developed a comprehensive skill set in leadership and policy development.
