Nikhil Daas

Nikhil Daas is a Junior Project Manager at Inchcape plc, responsible for managing SAP ERP project implementations with global stakeholders since February 2022. Nikhil serves as an Elected Councillor for Test Valley Borough Council, representing over 6,000 constituents and recently re-elected in May 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Area Manager at Amazon, leading change management projects and improving productivity, and service as a Naval Officer in the Royal Navy Reserves. Nikhil's early career features internships at PepsiCo, Tate & Lyle, the UK House of Lords, Thames Water, and Waitrose, demonstrating a diverse background in project management, finance, marketing, and research. Nikhil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management from Henley Business School.
