Chia-Ying Lai

Chia-Ying (Inka) Lai is a Medior Project Manager with a focus on UX at Testbirds since July 2021, responsible for managing UX and QA crowd-testing projects and building test reports. Prior experience includes conducting qualitative research for the Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland regarding Industry 4.0 engagement in family-owned manufacturing SMEs and delivering intercultural communication strategies. Chia-Ying also worked as a Remote Writer for IOH, providing resources for high school students, and served as an Account Manager at KooData Inc., specializing in digital advertising and customer relations. Previous roles include marketing internships at Fiiser and Toucher, along with early experience as a waiter. Chia-Ying holds a Master’s degree in International Communication from Hanze and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations of Political Science from National Taiwan University.
