Andrew Tirelli

Andrew Tirelli serves as the HR Director at Testforce Systems since May 2016, where management of all HR services and initiatives is a key responsibility. Tirelli played a vital role in developing and implementing an HR strategy that secured a significant supplier for the company, followed by a comprehensive 5-year roadmap initiated in August 2021. Prior experience includes a position as HR Manager at General Electric from September 2012 to May 2016, focusing on talent management and strategic HR processes. Earlier roles at GE included Manager of Organization and Talent Development and participation in the Human Resource Leadership Program. Additional experience encompasses a management consultant role at Deloitte and a position as Human Resources Advisor with the Government of Canada. Andrew Tirelli is currently pursuing a degree in Electronics Technician at George Brown College, after earning a Master of Science in Management from the University of Ottawa.
