Ana Souza Cruz

Ana Souza Cruz has a comprehensive work experience in customer success, sales, recruitment, human resources, and media and commentary. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Representative at TestGorilla and a Customer Success Manager at Next Station. In 2019, they were an Assistant Coordinator at SPG Law. In 2018, they were an Intern in the Human Resources Section and Organizational Development Unit of the International Criminal Court, a Student Adviser and Sales Representative at True Experience, and a Press and Publication Office Intern at Assembleia Legislativa Do Estado De Minas Gerais. In 2015, they were a Business Development Intern at Soluparts Global LLC, and in 2014, they were a Commentary Assistant at HBS.

Ana Souza Cruz completed their primary and secondary education at Colégio Santo Agostinho from 1999 to 2012. In 2011, they attended Whangaparaoa College for an unknown duration. From 2013 to 2017, they studied Relações Internacionais at PUC Minas. Ana then earned their Bacharelado in Comunicação e Jornalismo from PUC Minas from 2016 to 2019. In the same year, they began their Global Development Program (GLODEP) at Palacký University in Olomouc, where they studied International Development Studies. Ana then continued their GLODEP at Université Clermont Auvergne, where they studied Economics of Development from 2020 to 2020. Ana is currently in their third semester of GLODEP at Università di Pavia, where they are studying Economics, Finance and International Integration. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: the Cambridge Advances English - CAE from Cambridge Assessment English Brazil in December 2017, and the First Certificate of English from Cambridge University.
