Poornima Srinivasan

Poornima Srinivasan has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources, People Head & Culture at TestVagrant Technologies since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head - HRBP / HR Operations at Bonito Designs from January 2020 to November 2021. Poornima also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Jana Urban Space Foundation from April 2018 to June 2020, and worked as a Manager - Human Resources at the same organization from March 2016 to April 2018. Before that, they were the Site Head- Human Resources at Artech Information Systems from January 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager - HR : ER / Business Partner at [24]7 from August 2012 to January 2015, as well as an Assistant Manager - Employee Relations / HRBP at Serco from June 2010 to January 2012. Poornima began their career at Spice BPO as a Senior Executive - HRBP from March 2006 to June 2010.

Poornima Srinivasan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Madras University. Poornima also pursued an E- MBA degree in Business HR from West Coast University during the period 2007-2008. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the "POSH Certified" certification from Vskills - India's Largest Certification Body in June 2021. Poornima obtained a certification in Labor Law Course from Learn 2 Earn Technologies in July 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Profile Method of Job Evaluation certification from Hay Group in November 2017 and the Dale Carnegie Course from Dale Carnegie Training India in October 2015.
