Murhaf al-Madani

Murhaf Al-Madani serves as the Assistant Minister of Education for Development and Transformation at the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia since April 2023. In August 2023, Al-Madani took on the role of Chairman of the Board for both Tatweer Educational Technologies and Tatweer Educational Services Company (TALEMIA). Al-Madani's extensive experience includes over 25 years at SABIC, where the position of Chief Digital Officer was held until March 2023, leading the Corporate Digital Transformation Program and holding multiple chairman and directorship roles in various SABIC subsidiaries and joint ventures. Additional roles at SABIC included Chief Information Officer, President of SABIC Terminal Services Company, General Manager of Supply Chain Management, and Project Manager for the Business Transformation Project. Al-Madani began the career at Saudi Electricity Company, culminating in a position as Section Head of Computer Application Development. Al-Madani holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
