Loren Aiton serves as a Lecturer in the Architectural Studies Program at California State University, Fresno, since August 2018. In addition, Loren holds the position of Associate and Senior Architect at TETER Architects and Engineers since March 1995, leading the Sustainability Group and serving as a Certified Access Specialist (CASp). Active in the US Green Building Council (USGBC) since 2004 as a LEED Advocate, Loren focuses on state and local government advocacy. Previous experience includes teaching Building Sustainability and LEED at College of the Sequoias from January 2016 to June 2018. Loren's involvement with USGBC-CC from 2007 to December 2017 included serving as a Board Member and past Chapter President, as well as Education Committee Chairman. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts in Architecture from El Camino College.
