Jessica Ferguson-Phillips

Jessica Ferguson-Phillips has held a variety of roles in the creative industry since 2013. Jessica began their career as a Graphic Designer at IDF Global, followed by Visual Designer roles at Ferg Creative and Hubbis. Jessica also took on a User Experience Designer role at Pixel Fusion and a User Experience Designer & Project Manager role at General Assembly & YWCA Victoria in 2015. In 2018, Jessica became Managing Director at Supergood, where they invested in high growth companies through design services and angel investment. In 2021, they began their current role as Head Of Experience at Tether Ltd.

Jessica Ferguson-Phillips obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communication from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Christchurch Girls High School from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they hold a Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Visual Communication certification from CPIT, obtained in February 2010.
