Jyotika Shetty

Jyotika Shetty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Director at Tetherfi since January 2013, Jyotika has been instrumental in the company's start-up processes, regulatory documentation, and resource hiring, along with overseeing daily operations. Prior to this, Jyotika held the position of Operations Manager at INTERLINK Network Systems Pte. Ltd. and Assistant Manager of Operations at Flexiresources, where responsibilities included office setup, team motivation, and client interaction. Additionally, experiences as an Admin Manager involved liaison with external agencies and accounting functions, while earlier roles included serving as a Personal Assistant and Customer Service Representative. Jyotika holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from KPB Hinduja College of Commerce and has a strong foundation in administration and support functions throughout a diverse professional career.
