Viral Zinzuwadia

Viral Zinzuwadia has a strong background in software development and architecture. Viral started their career as a Software Consultant at Techno Submersibles in 2000, where they worked for one year. Viral then moved on to Contech software Limited, where they served as a Software Engineer and Project Lead from 1999 to 2001.

In 2001, Zinzuwadia joined GoAmerica Communications as a Software Consultant, where they designed and developed wireless browsing and emailing support for Pocket PCs. Viral also created a wireless software development kit for third-party developers to communicate with GoAmerica's wireless gateway. Viral worked at GoAmerica until 2003.

After that, Zinzuwadia joined Merrill Lynch as a Software Consultant and played a key role in designing and developing a future symbol trading engine called TRAKER with the Chicago Exchange. Viral also developed Perl modules and diagnostic tools for traders. Viral worked at Merrill Lynch for one year.

In 2004, Zinzuwadia joined UPS as a Software Architect Consultant, where they designed and developed an application framework for WINCE based Embedded Devices. Viral also designed a rule-based business data processing engine and developed a flat file legacy database with high transaction rates. Viral worked at UPS until 2010.

Since 2010, Zinzuwadia has been working at Tethys Technology as a Director, focusing on market data feed, messaging framework, and front office algorithm development. Viral has been involved in various projects, including designing and implementing application frameworks, creating virtual market data feeds, developing asynchronous task queue frameworks, and creating C++/CLI and C++ APIs to interact with the Tethys trading platform programmatically. Viral also contributed to rule-based market data permission frameworks.

Viral Zinzuwadia obtained a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Control from L.D.College of Engineering, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
