Elena Girardo

Elena Girardo is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent and Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Tetra Pak since March 2018, Elena has previously held significant roles at Eaton from September 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included leading talent management and organizational effectiveness in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes leadership positions in organizational development at Novartis and management training at Gruppo Soges S.p.A. Elena holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from IMD and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
