Francesco Faella

Francesco Faella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in solutions management and product development within the packaging industry, currently serving as Vice President of Solutions Management at Tetra Pak since January 2008. Their career at Tetra Pak encompasses various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Cluster Portfolio Director for Europe and Central Asia, where Francesco focused on product portfolio planning and organizational readiness. Francesco has a strong technical background, having previously held positions as Product Director for Tetra Prisma Aseptic and Tetra Gemina Aseptic packages, as well as Product Platform Director for capital equipment. Prior to Tetra Pak, Francesco served as Commercial Director at Politecnica and Technical Key Account Manager at Tetra Pak Inc. Francesco began their career as a Project Manager in sealing technologies and was a Lieutenant in the Italian Army. Francesco holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universita' degli Studi di Bologna and an Executive MBA from Alma Mater / Profingest.
