Itzel Dimas

Itzel Dimas currently serves as a Methodology Change Manager for the Next Chapter Systems Platform at Tetra Pak, having transitioned into this role in January 2024. Prior to this position, Itzel held various leadership roles at Tetra Pak from 2010 to 2020, including Customer Service and Design Team Leader, where management of a team of 18 professionals streamlined supply chain processes. As a Product Owner for e-Business, Itzel successfully launched an e-commerce platform that reached over 1,700 customers in just 10 months. Earlier experience includes roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk and APM Terminals, where impactful changes were made to documentation processes and marketing plans. Itzel holds a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad Latina de Panamá and a High School Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
