Tetra Tech Coffey
Stephen Parkes is an experienced engineering geologist with a strong background in geotechnical engineering and extensive experience in land development projects across Auckland. Holding the position of Associate Engineering Geologist at Coffey since September 2015, Stephen has managed all geotechnical aspects of projects, crafted complex ground models, and conducted slope stability assessments. Prior roles include Geotechnical Engineer at Structural Soils, where management of site investigation projects took place, and Exploration Geologist positions at Manning Mining and GeoConsult, focusing on exploration drilling and geological assessments. Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds and a Certificate of Proficiency in Geomechanics from the University of Auckland.
