Kim Barlow

Kim Barlow is a Principal Project Manager at Tetra Tech Europe, managing stakeholder relations and providing project support for a team of Area & Project Managers for DIO. Kim also works as a Landlady at Landlord Tenant Services with properties in Ely, Cambridgeshire. In addition, Kim serves as a Movement Controller for the Territorial Army, handling administrative tasks related to personnel movements. Kim has also worked as a Fixed Network Delivery Manager at Huawei Technologies and as a Project Engineer at GTL Europe Ltd. Kim has a background in Energy Assessment and Customer Performance Management, and has a keen interest in property renovation and refurbishment projects.
