Stephen Grabinski, PMP has extensive work experience in project management. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Project Manager at Zeno Power. In 2020, they became a Project Manager at the National Reactor Innovation Center at Idaho National Laboratory, where they were responsible for building and monitoring project documents for planning, budgeting, and procuring to achieve the operation of advanced reactors. Stephen also coordinated with partners in private industry, DOE, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to enable innovators to navigate regulations. At the same time, they were a Corporate Fellow at Idaho National Laboratory, using their military experience and project management skills to work with several departments within the lab. Stephen also became a Fellow at The Honor Foundation, a unique transition institute created exclusively for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community. In 2019, they were Deputy Support Operations at the 1st Infantry Division, communicating with stakeholders to accurately account for inventories and coordinating transportation to resupply companies. From 2016 to 2014, they were Assistant S-4 and Platoon Leader at the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Army, managing the organization's budget, procurement, and financial investigations of lost or damaged property. Stephen also developed streamlined schedules and budgets using Excel to cut financial waste and increase training efficiency. As Mobility Officer at the 16th Sustainment Brigade, they coordinated with allied nation civilian and foreign customs officials to ensure several pieces of equipment and people arrived at the same time for training.

Stephen Grabinski, PMP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2011. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the same university. Stephen also holds a Q Security Clearance from the United States Department of Energy.
