Stuart Mercer

Stuart Mercer is a Managing Director for the Design & Engineering business at Tetra Tech Europe. Stuart has extensive experience in managing operations and teams in Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, Transport & Highways, Architectural, Urban Design, and Landscape Architecture. Prior to their current role, Stuart held positions such as Head of C&S at WYG Group and Director at Westlakes Engineering. Stuart has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Master of Science in Nuclear Decommissioning and Environmental Clean-up from Lancaster University.
