Felix Limcaoco

Felix Limcaoco serves as Chairman of Luzon Development Bank, where Felix also leads the Executive Committee since December 2006. As Owner and President of Lica Automotive, a significant automotive group in the Philippines with various dealerships and services, Felix has been at the forefront of the industry since January 1995. Felix has also held the position of Managing Director at Tetra Technologies Distribution since January 1994, overseeing the distribution of IT products and systems integration for major manufacturers. Additionally, Felix has been Managing Director of Lica Management, Inc. since January 1990, providing holding and management services for a family-owned group of companies across diverse sectors. Since 1990, Felix has served as Senior Vice President and Consultant at H&Q Asia Pacific, a notable private equity and venture capital firm in the region. Educationally, Felix holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Math from the University of California, Berkeley.
