Richard Hay

Richard Hay currently serves as the Global Vice President of Completion Fluids at TETRA Technologies, Inc. since January 2023 and is a co-founder of Kvika Geothermal UK LTD and Kvika Geothermal PTE Singapore, also overseeing operations since January 2021. Previously, Richard held significant leadership positions including Regional Vice President for CIS at Severn, CEO of Gryphon Energy, and Chief Operating Officer at Hugar Orka. Richard's extensive experience at Halliburton spanned from 1999 to 2019, culminating in the role of Vice President (President Director) for Indonesia. Richard's career began at BAROID CORPORATION as a Senior Technical Professional. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, a BSc in Chemistry, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Chemistry, both from The Open University.
