Richard Light

Richard Light is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management across multiple industries, particularly in oil and gas. As the Vice President of HSEQ for TETRA Technologies, Richard oversees HSEQ performance and compliance while implementing significant programs to enhance safety and sustainability. Previously, Richard served as the CEO of Field & Game Australia and owned Light & Chan LLC, where an environmental program was developed for Australia's largest clay target club. A notable tenure at Schlumberger included roles such as Vice President HSE for North America, where substantial savings were achieved through innovative policy redesign. Richard holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
