Sharon McGee

Sharon McGee is a seasoned executive and advisor with over 25 years of experience within the chemicals, materials, mining, and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director at TETRA Technologies, Inc., McGee chairs the Nominating, Governance, and Sustainability Committee and is a member of the Human Capital Management and Compensation Committee. As the founder of SDBM Executive and Strategic Advisory, McGee provides strategic guidance to C-suite leaders, leveraging strong financial acumen and a robust technical background. McGee's previous roles at Albemarle Corporation include Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, overseeing corporate strategies and M&A activities, as well as leadership roles focused on global sales and operational excellence across various regions. Additionally, McGee contributes to academia through participation on the Deans Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at the University of Arkansas, supporting the development of future engineering leaders. McGee holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
