Alecia Phillips

Alecia Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and ecological consulting, currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Renewable Energy at Tetra Tech since December 2022. In this role, Alecia directs environmental due diligence and public engagement for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Prior to Tetra Tech, Alecia worked at WSP USA as a Senior Ecologist and Project Manager, overseeing natural resources permitting and compliance. Alecia has also contributed to the field as an Ecologist and Project Manager at Ecology and Environment, Inc., managing various natural resources studies and permitting processes. Notably, Alecia was the Executive Director of the Black Canyon Regional Land Trust, leading conservation efforts across southwest Colorado. Earlier career positions include Assistant Grants Manager at ISET Int and Assistant Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Alecia earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and Planning.
