Angela Garland

Angela Garland, PE, PTOE, RSP-1, is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently, Angela serves as the Director of Transportation Services at Tetra Tech since October 2023. Prior to this role, Angela was a Senior Associate and Traffic Section Head at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson from July 2021 to October 2023, and a Senior Engineer at Pennoni from November 2016 to July 2021. Angela's career also includes positions as President at GTS Engineering and FSITE, and as District Administrator for ITE District 10. Earlier experience includes roles as Section Manager at HNTB Corporation and Area Manager at TEI Engineers & Planners, Inc. Angela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate degree in Arts from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
