Bart Spencer

Bart Spencer is an experienced professional in emergency management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Management - West at Tetra Tech since 2018, overseeing various emergency management projects and programs. With a diverse background, Bart also holds the position of Operations Manager and Head of Business Services at Innovative Drive Corporation, managing finances, accounting, and HR operations since 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Emergency Services Manager for Central County Fire Department, where Bart led emergency management initiatives and coordinated countywide planning processes, and Director of Menlo Park Fire Protection District, providing strategic governance for fire services. Additional roles include Regional Director at Cooper Notification / Roam Secure, focusing on emergency communication systems, and Emergency Services Coordinator for the County of San Mateo, facilitating emergency planning and training.
