Carlos Leal

Carlos Leal currently serves as the Vice President of Transportation Data Acquisition & Integration at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities include advancing technology development and integrating innovative data acquisition solutions for the transportation industry. Previously, Carlos held leadership roles at CityScan Technologies, including Director and Chief Executive Officer, where strategic planning and organizational management were key focuses. Carlos also served as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Business Development Officer at the Advanced Mobility Analytics Group, emphasizing performance enhancement and client relationship building. Earlier in a decade-long tenure at Stantec, Carlos held multiple roles, including Associate, Project Manager, and Database Manager for the U.S. DOT FHWA LTPP. Carlos is an alumnus of Conestoga College.
