Enrique Lucca

Enrique Lucca, PE, currently serves as an Environmental Engineer II at Tetra Tech, specializing as a Permit Specialist since December 2023. Previously, Enrique worked as a Technical Specialist at CMA Architects & Engineers LLC, providing support to the Government of Puerto Rico on the FEMA Public Assistance Program and evaluating environmental concerns in reconstruction projects from March 2019 to March 2025. Enrique's experience includes roles such as East Region Coordinator at the Puerto Rico Department of Health, overseeing sanitary surveys and inspections of drinking water systems, and working with On-Site Environmental on the Household Hazardous Waste project. Additional work history includes quality control for FEMA blue tarp installations and safety management internships with various federal agencies. Enrique holds Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and Environmental Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
