Jeff Matheson

Jeff Matheson is a Senior Scientist at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities include conducting environmental studies, assessments, and monitoring for various projects, including energy, transportation infrastructure, and natural resources. With a career that spans over two decades, Jeff has served as a Principal and Professional Biologist at Capstone Environmental and has held roles such as Senior Biologist and Project Director at EBA, a Tetra Tech company, focusing on environmental assessment and permitting for transportation and land development projects. Early experience includes conducting wildlife surveys and ecosystem mapping at Geomatics International Inc. Jeff holds an M.Sc. in Ecology from the University of Guelph and a Management Essentials Program Certificate from the University of Alberta’s Alberta School of Business.
