Kelton Smith

Kelton Smith, QP, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Process Department Lead at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities include providing engineering consulting services for industries such as Mining, Minerals, Metals, Chemical, and Oil and Gas. Previously, at NioCorp Developments Ltd., Kelton held the position of Director of Engineering, while also serving as Sr Principal Engineer at Tetra Tech. Notable achievements include leading the process for a new mill replacement at a large underground salt mine and developing a PipeFLO fluid dynamics simulation model. Earlier roles include Engineering Manager positions at Compass Minerals and Molycorp Minerals, and Process Engineer roles at Westinghouse Electric Company, NaPro Biotherapeutics, and Hercules, Inc.
