Lindsay Proulx

Lindsay Proulx is an experienced Environmental Scientist currently working at Tetra Tech since September 2025. Previously, Lindsay served as a Staff Scientist at Terracon from May 2023 to September 2025, where notable contributions included authoring comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and refining technical report templates for improved client communication. Prior to that, Lindsay worked as a Biologist at Bargas Environmental Consulting and held various roles including Biological Monitor at 347 Group, Inc., and Scientific Aide at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Early experiences include field surveys and data collection as a Field Biologist with H. T. Harvey & Associates and an internship at Save The River / Upper St. Lawrence Riverkeeper. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Elmira College, earned in 2018.
