Rose Whitehair

Rose Whitehair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency management and disaster recovery. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Consultant at Tetra Tech since August 2020, Rose has also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor/Trainer for FEMA and various local agencies since 1996, focusing on emergency management training for tribal governments. Previous roles include Disaster Recovery Manager with the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management and Director of the Navajo Nation Department of Emergency Management. Rose has a strong background in grant management and emergency operations, complemented by educational credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services from The University of New Mexico, graduated Cum Laude.
