Sabine Joukes

Sabine Joukes is an experienced leader in nonprofit management and development, currently serving as Chief of Party for USAID Morodok Baitang at Tetra Tech since January 2024, focusing on biodiversity conservation and sustainable economic development in Cambodia. Previously, Joukes held multiple senior roles at Pact, including Chief of Party and Country Director for the WE Act project, and also served as Chief of Party at Christian Aid leading the Enhancing Community Resilience Programme. With a background that includes key positions at Baobab Health and the World Bank, along with a solid education in nonprofit management and applied communications, Joukes has a proven track record of fostering strategic partnerships and implementing impactful development projects.
