Steve Fowler

Steve Fowler has extensive experience in cost consultancy and project management, currently serving as Director and Cost Consultancy Regional Lead for North at Tetra Tech since August 2017. Steve has been with WYG Group since November 1999 as a Director, providing strategic oversight and ensuring resource adequacy for project delivery within WYG Management Services in Manchester. Responsibilities include managing public sector frameworks and acting as Technical Advisor/Independent Certifier for significant projects such as the Birmingham BSF. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at McBains Cooper from September 1994 to November 1999. Steve completed a degree at The University of Salford from 1992 to 1995.
