Senior Scientist at Tetracore

Jennifer Walker began their work experience as a Research Assistant at Covance in 1988. Jennifer then worked as a Research Associate at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine from 1992 to 1999. Since 1999, Jennifer has been employed at Tetracore Inc as a Senior Scientist, where they have been involved in various roles including project management, R&D, ELISA, Luminex, Immunochemistry, western blot, hybridoma development, antibody development, cell culture, microbiology, biological defense, Biosafety Level 3 experience, and ISO/IEC/7025 compliant laboratory experience. Currently, they are involved in Covid-19 research, developing and manufacturing antibody tests for SARS-CoV-2 and other Coronaviruses using the Luminex platform. Jennifer has experience working with viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, Vaccinia, and RSV, and has performed plaque assays and cell proliferation assays.

Jennifer Walker received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Delaware, attending from 1985 to 1990. Jennifer later pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology at The Johns Hopkins University, from 1994 to 1998.
