Reade Griffith

Reade Griffith is the Co-Founder of Tetragon Financial Group Limited. Reade has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to Tetragon, they were a Partner at Polygon Global Partners LLP, where they focused on investments in the energy and power sector.

Before joining Polygon, Mr. Griffith served as the Chief Executive Officer of Europe for Citadel Investment Group, LLC from 1998 to 2002. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as an analyst at Baker, Nye Investments.

Mr. Griffith began their career in 1987 as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for four years. Reade holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Reade Griffith received their Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Harvard University.
